Office of Vice Dean for Student Affairs

The Office of the vice dean for student affairs oversees the organization of academic operations within the college, providing a wide range of services to students throughout their academic journey. It offers specialized support during registration and academic advising periods, addressing all matters related to student affairs. The office is also responsible for preparing course schedules in coordination with academic departments, ensuring they align with students’ academic needs, as well as managing registration processes, supporting students in completing their course schedules, and organizing student activities, professional clubs, and associations.

The office comprises three main divisions:

1. Division of Student Advising 

2. Division of Student Affairs 

3. Division of Registration and Scheduling
